Who are we?

We are The Choice Group: Shared Decision Making in Mental Health, a group set up by AstraZeneca with the aim of promoting choice and good practice in mental health care decision making.

We are a part of the Shared Care Forum for Mental Health (SCF), set up by AstraZeneca in 2002 to provide support and networking opportunities for people associated with mental health delivery, including users of services, carers, healthcare professionals and organisations.

We are mental health nurses, carers, patients, public health workers and government affairs.
