How well do you understand the choices available to you?
If you are a person with mental illness, why not complete this light-hearted quiz about choice. This can be used as an informal self assessment to find out how much choice you are given in your life, and how many choices you are making about your life.
There is no right or wrong answer to any of the questions, and you can keep the results to yourself or share them with someone else such as your healthcare professional or carer.
If you aren't happy with your quiz results, you can always come back at a later date and retake the quiz to see if you have improved.
Should you have any questions or concerns about the quiz or responses, then remember to seek advice from your carer and/or healthcare professional.
For each statement, use the following scale and click the number that is closest to your attitude or feelings:
1=never 2=rarely 3=sometimes 4=often 5=always
